Mr. Cone has over
25 years of experience in Information Technology and
Operations. Mr. Cone has spent the majority of his
professional career in the healthcare sector. He
has hands on experience building efficiencies into
operational components by streamlining plan
definition, processing and payment of claims,
customer service applications, reporting /
measurements and building professional services
organizations. Mr. Cone has spent the last
eight
years helping providers, payers and clearinghouses
prepare for HIPAA compliance with Privacy,
Transactions and Code Sets and Security. He has
spoken nationally on a variety of topics: EDI
Standards; ROI in HIPAA TCS Solutions; HIPAA Privacy
and Security Standards; and Developing Working
Models for Interactive Transaction Processing.
Prior to establishing
N-Tegrity Solutions Group, Mr. Cone served
in multiple technical and operational roles
responsible for developing, programming and
supporting information systems capitalizing on
initiatives for healthcare claims processing, data
warehousing, human resources, accounting, hardware
maintenance scientific (EPA); and customer service.
He has authored multiple white papers, articles, and
business related material: Software Development
Methodology, Disaster Recovery Plans, Business
Plans, Training material for claims processing
(pharmacy and medical), and Contingency Plans for
healthcare data. Mr. Cone has been honored by being
selected for inclusion to Who’s Who Among Midwest
Business Professionals and most recently was
selected as a WEDI Award of Merit honoree.
Mr. Cone also
contributes to local and national HIPAA
implementation initiatives and has served on various
standard setting committees. He is currently
one of the national Co-Chairs for the WEDI SNIP
Privacy and Security workgroup.
